Combined retail, office, and industrial deals represented more than $22.8 million and 83,000 square feet of space. Carl Silbergleit and Ellen Benedek, representing the landlord, Fordham Place Office, closed a 30,000 SF lease deal in the Bronx, taking a new $120 million dollar 14-story 162,463 SF office tower from 70 to 100 percent occupancy within one year.
Also of NAI Friedland, Robin Herko and David Scotto, closed a record-setting six deals in June –notably, the negotiation of a 10,100 square foot lease between JJ Operating Inc. (landlord) and 1775 Grand Concourse Food Corporation (tenant) in the Bronx, the monthly revenue for the six properties is approximately $12 million dollars.
NAI Capital’s Philip T. Attalla and Richard Horn with Ontario’s Commerce office represented the Buyer, CenterPoint Properties in the purchase of a 106,055 SF industrial building located in Ontario, Canada. In conjunction with the sale, Attalla and Horn also represented the tenant, Passport Food Group, in the long term lease of the property from the Landlord, Centerpoint Properties. The combined values of the transactions were approximately $15.2 million.

Josh Hibbits, John McDonald and Peter Sheahan of NAI DESCO recently brokered the sale of a 1.8 million SF shopping mall located in St. Louis, Missouri. Northwest Plaza; the largest mall in Missouri. NAI DESCO is marketing the property for the new owners Northwest Plaza.
